refactor: reorganize all 65 frames in ui-design.pen into logical grid (#86)

All frames were overlapping at origin or had undefined positions.
Now organized into 23 functional groups with 100px intra-group spacing
and 500px inter-group spacing:

- Design System (Color Palette, Typography)
- App Layout (Full Layout)
- Sidebar Collapse (4 layout variants)
- macOS Border
- GitHub Vault (4 modal states)
- Settings
- Sidebar (drag handles, sections)
- Trash (4 views)
- Tabs (draggable + rename)
- Sort Controls
- Archive Notes
- Wikilinks
- Properties Inspector
- Referenced By
- Relations Edit
- URL Property
- Virtual List
- Modified Note Indicator
- NoteStatus
- Changes (version control)
- Git History
- Full-text Search
