lucaronin d79b1f62eb fix: update pre-commit hook to detect MCP config ...

- Check for CodeScene in ~/.claude/mcp.json (MCP setup)
- Fallback to ~/.codescene/token (CLI setup)
- Now works with standard Claude Code + CodeScene MCP
