lucaronin bfbc9d49d1 revert: remove pinned properties feature ...

Reverts commits d263e43, ae2260c, 473239b, aaa4691, cd7a570, 3cd097d.
Removes PinnedPropertiesBar, usePinnedProperties hook, Rust backend
for _pinned_properties, and all related tests.
