lucaronin	cd0152c0a4	refactor: split useNoteActions into useNoteCreation + useNoteRename — CodeScene 7.92→9.38 ... Extract note creation (CRUD, daily notes, types, optimistic persistence) into useNoteCreation and rename operations into useNoteRename. useNoteActions now composes both hooks plus frontmatter/navigation logic.
