lucaronin	3871cb5ba1	Add sidebar section groups (PROJECTS, EXPERIMENTS, RESPONSIBILITIES, PROCEDURES) ... Each section is collapsible with expand/collapse toggle, shows entity count, and has a + button. Entities are clickable.
